Plan Options

 
  • ~ Meet once a week / bi-weekly for 45 minutes (local meet up-walk at lakefront, gym session together at WAC followed by sit-down conversation, or coffee shop-let’s be creative!).

    ~Initial plan creation based on initial self-assessment, eating and movement habits discussed, and goals for the week.

    ~Grocery store visit or online resources shared to create weekly shopping list and food focus (including meals and snacks).

    ~Movement plan for the week (at home, work, or the gym-what works for you!)

    ~Weekly review of successes (small, big, and everything between), challenges, and takeaways that will help you build on your practices the next week.

    ~Motivation identified, and overcoming obstacles/potential barriers planned for together, to create new (or continued) plan.

    $110/session ($440/month, weekly sessions // $220/month, bi-weekly sessions)

  • ~ Meet once a week / bi-weekly for 45 minutes via Zoom, Hangouts, or Facetime.

    ~Initial plan creation based on initial self-assessment, eating and movement habits discussed, and goals for the week.

    ~Grocery store visit or online resources shared to create weekly shopping list and food focus (including meals and snacks).

    ~Movement plan for the week (at home, work, or the gym-what works for you!)

    ~Weekly review of successes (small, big, and everything between), challenges, and takeaways that will help you build on your practices the next week.

    ~Motivation identified, and overcoming obstacles/potential barriers planned for together, to create new (or continued) plan.

    $90/session ($360/month, weekly sessions // $180/month, bi-weekly sessions)

  • ~ For hybrid coaching, we’ll meet every other session in person. Once a week / bi-weekly for 45 minutes (local meet up-walk at lakefront, gym, coffee shop. The following week, via Zoom, Hangouts, or Facetime.

    ~Initial plan creation based on initial self-assessment, eating and movement habits discussed, and goals for the week.

    ~Grocery store visit or online resources shared to create weekly shopping list and food focus (including meals and snacks).

    ~Movement plan for the week (at home, work, or the gym-what works for you!)

    ~Weekly review of successes (small, big, and everything between), challenges, and takeaways that will help you build on your practices the next week.

    ~Motivation identified, and overcoming obstacles/potential barriers planned for together, to create new (or continued) plan.

    $95/session ($380/month, weekly sessions // $190/month, bi-weekly sessions)

 

24 hour cancellation requirement, otherwise session fee is forfeited. Rescheduling is acceptable, though it is important to keep your commitment to yourself and not get off-track often. Consistency is key to achieving your goals!

 

Plans are reviewed and evaluated every 3 months. Many clients have been able to connect to their vision and find a successful start in that time, and reduce meetings to maintain this habit-which might be once monthly or even every other month for 1-6 additional months.
